Hats off to my fellow participants for their hard work and sticking with the program. We only have about 6 weeks to go. Thanks again to Laura, Kori, Jayme and Cabana's for all their support. We had another great meal at Cabana's last week and hope to be there again tomorrow. Went to one of my favorite restaurants, Nighttown, in Cleveland Heights for Father's Day dinner. I had baked halibut and it was very good. My weight was down a couple of more pounds when I weighed on Friday.
