Last Saturday was another weigh-in. Laura Kessel and Jayme from Lean Living were on hand to weigh us in. Had the pleasure of seeing our co-leaders Jim and Tim. Jim is working hard and exercising frequently. We often see Tim at Cabana's. My weigh-in was encouraging, though the work continues. Getting under 200 was a big goal. The next one is to get under 190. At my February physical, my doctor told me that any future health problems at weight over 190 are my fault and any health problems at weight under 190 are not my fault.
