We arrived in Fort Lauderdale this morning. We're staying at the condo with some friends in Highland Beach near Boca Raton. It's nice to get a break from the routine. It's going to take some work to "stay the course", but I'm optimistic. We just returned from a trip to the food store and bought some healthy items. We'll be able to do most meals at the condo.
