Had my annual physical last week. My doctor said that she was happy that I'd joined "Lighten Up". She said that for my height & age that I should lose another 10-12 pounds if I wanted to avoid health issues brought on by being overweight. Had my assessment with Cori and Lake County General Health District last week. It went fairly well. Still need to get going on Vitabot. Had another great meal at Cabana's last night. My wife and I both had Chicken Romano.
