Hello everyone. Hope all of you are continuing to progress on our weight loss journey. It's hard to believe that we're nearing the end of our fifth month. I usually weigh on Fridays and do it on both my home scale and the scale at the gym. Both scales gave a similar number and it continues to be encouraging. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has helped sponsor Lighten Up. It certainly has given me the motivation to shed those excess pounds. Look forward to seeing people at our upcoming weigh-in.
